Product Compliance Technician - Part Time

•  

Maintain accurate and organized product compliance records.

•  

Maintain compliance certifications, declarations, questionnaires, and supporting documentation.

•  

Ensure appropriate version control and retention of compliance records.

•  

Maintain customer compliance information in applicable systems and databases.

•  

Monitor changes to applicable product compliance requirements and customer reporting expectations.

•  

Identify changes that may affect company products or reporting requirements.

•  

Communicate potential impacts to Quality and appropriate cross-functional stakeholders.

•  

Coordinate updates to compliance documentation when requirements change.

•  

Escalate regulatory questions that require technical or legal interpretation.

High School Diploma or GED (required)

·          

Associate degree or 2 years in a bachelor’s degree program – Engineering or Business Related (preferred)

·          

2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment (Preferred)

·          

2-3 years’ experience in a technician/technical role (Required)

Strong organizational and follow-through skills.

·          

Strong attention to detail.

·          

Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines.

·          

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·          

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

·          

Ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
