Responsibilities

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing, production supervision, or operations leadership.

Experience in equipment, process, or production support environments preferred.

Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, process improvement methodologies, and production systems.

Requirements

Experience with lean manufacturing principles (5S, standard work, continuous improvement).
Strong background in process optimization and production flow.
Familiarity with statistical analysis, problem-solving methodologies, and operational metrics.
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering principles in a manufacturing setting.
