We are looking for a skilled and experienced Toolmaker to lead tooling maintenance and precision machining activities, with a strong focus on CNC operations and injection mold tooling. If you have hands-on experience with complex molds, CNC machining, and mentoring others, this is a great opportunity to join a high-performing team.

Location: Osijek, Croatia

Key Responsibilities:

Lead maintenance and repair of complex multi-cavity injection molds, jigs, fixtures, and dies.

Interpret 2D/3D technical drawings and CAD/CAM data for accurate machining and mold repair.

Operate advanced machining equipment including 3-axis CNC, EDM wire/sink, grinding, and polishing tools.

Manufacture and refurbish precision spare parts and molds using appropriate materials and methods.

Mentor and guide tooling technicians and engineers to ensure best practices and timely execution.

Solve technical issues related to tooling, machining, and fabrication using diagnostic tools.

Recommend improvements in design, materials, and processes for optimal production results.

Ensure quality through precision measuring instruments (e.g., CMM) and maintain a safe, organized workspace.

What We’re Looking For:

Technical high school graduate

7–10 years of experience in injection mold tooling and CNC machining.

Strong skills in working with tight tolerances and complex geometries.

Proficiency in CAD/CAM, blueprint reading, and dimensional stack-up analysis.

Solid math and geometry knowledge

Proficiency in English and Croatian

Team-oriented with leadership capabilities and a proactive mindset.

Nice to have: Completed technical apprenticeship or having craftsmanship certificate in toolmaking.
