Requirements

Strong background in ROS/ROS 2 architecture.
Deep knowledge of computer vision and deep learning tools, with experience in 3D vision, point cloud processing, camera calibration, and sensor fusion (RGB-D, LiDAR, cameras, radar)
Experience with fine-grained visual classification, automated Planogram compliance, or millions-of-SKU product recognition systems.
Track record of managing production AI systems. Familiarity with deploying and scaling automated retraining pipelines using cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow).
Familiar with code development frameworks, using Linux in a real-time environment, and C++ and Python languages.
Hands-on experience using robotics simulators (e.g., Isaac Sim, Gazebo) and generative AI to create synthetic training data for rare edge cases is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field required. Master's degree preferred.
12+ years of experience in robotics software, computer vision, AI/ML, autonomous systems, or related fields, including leadership experience managing engineering teams.
Strong background in ROS/ROS 2 architecture and development of production-grade robotic systems.
Deep knowledge of computer vision and deep learning, including experience with 3D vision, point cloud processing, camera calibration, and sensor fusion (RGB-D, LiDAR, cameras, radar).
2 years of people leadership experience preferred.
