Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop supply base & strategies aligned with customer needs
Negotiate pricing, terms, and sourcing decisions
Conduct supplier audits & performance reviews
Support cost reduction and optimize material pricing

Monitor material transactions & resolve discrepancies
Perform cycle counts and inventory reporting
Recommend process improvements to reduce errors

Requirements

Fresh graduate with a Degree in Business or related field

Graduated within the last 12 months (Degree certificate or completion letter required)
CGPA 3.0 and above
Mathematic A during SPM

ERP/MRP systems knowledge
Supplier management & negotiation
Demand planning & forecasting
Inventory control & analysis
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
