Supervise and lead a team of production operators, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

• →Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with established procedures, quality specifications, and production schedules.
• →Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, equipment malfunctions, and material flow problems promptly to minimize downtime.
• →Conduct regular quality checks and inspections of products to ensure they meet Jabil's high standards.
• →Maintain accurate production records, including output, scrap rates, and downtime.
• →Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment.
• →Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and quality assurance teams to optimize production processes and address systemic issues.
• →Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.
• →Train new operators on line procedures, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
• →Communicate production status, concerns, and achievements to management.

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in a technical field preferred.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced production setting.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control principles, and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and production schedules.
• Proficiency in using basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, and overtime, as required.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
