Responsibilities

大专及以上学历，机械、材料、数控技术、光学、模具等相关专业
15年以上模具加工,西门子MX软件&Croe&UG或CNC加工等经验（光学超精密模具加工优先）

熟悉塑胶模具结构
有3C注塑模具经验，熟悉Apple产品注塑模具优先

熟练操作至少一种设备：CNC加工中心 / EDM放电 / 线切割
能看懂模具图纸（2D或3D）
掌握常用加工参数（刀具、转速、进给）
熟悉常用材料加工特性（如：NAK80、S136、H13等）
具备基本量测能力（卡尺、千分尺、高度规）

具备问题分析能力（尺寸偏差、加工毛刺、变形等）
工作责任心强，配合工作调度
具备团队协作意识与安全意识

自主检验加工尺寸，确保符合图纸
对关键尺寸进行重点监控（如配合面、滑动面）
避免返工与报废，提升直通率

合理选择加工方式与刀具，提高加工效率
控制刀具损耗，降低加工成本
配合现场改善（Lean / IE改善）

遵守安全操作规范（如防护、切削液使用）
保持工作区域5S（整理、整顿、清洁）
配合主管完成现场管理要求
