Responsibilities

中专/高中及以上学历，机械制造、模具或相关专业
15年以上注塑模具制作经验，5年以上钳工、模具组立管理经验
熟悉塑料、注塑模具制作流程（加工后整配、研磨、修配、装配）

专业技能

熟练使用各类钳工工具（锉刀、研磨设备、量具等）
熟悉机加工件精度控制（尺寸、公差、形位公差）
具备图纸识读能力（2D/3D）
熟悉表面粗糙度（Ra）、配合间隙、滑动机构等关键质量要点（※符合你目前工程重点）

管理能力

具备现场人员管理与排产能力
能有效推动标准化作业（SOP）与工艺统一
具备跨部门沟通能力（CNC、设计、质量）

有质量异常分析与改善能力
具备成本控制意识（返工率、加工时间、调整效率）

能适应加班与现场问题快速处理
责任心强，执行力高
有3C注塑模具、Apple产品模具经验者优先

负责钳工组日常管理、人员分工及产能安排
确保任务按计划交期完成

管控装配、修配精度（尺寸、公差、Ra、配合）
主导疑难件修配与关键工序确认
推动标准化操作，降低变异
异常处理与改善
负责现场质量异常分析（配合干涉及滑动不良等）
主导改善方案（如间隙优化、表面改善、接触面调整）
降低返工率与调整时间

与加工团队协同改善加工精度问题
与设计团队反馈装配性
支持质量部进行异常分析与客诉应对

持续优化工艺流程，提高一次完成率
减少人工修配时间与过度研磨
提升工具使用效率（刀具/耗材控制）

建立钳工技能分级及培训体系
培养核心技术人员（高精度配合能力）

统一操作手法，降低依赖个人经验
