Project HR Generalist

Summary: to support the supervisor in recruiting and training activities as well as other hr daily activities.

Duties:

Recruiting: dedicated recruiter for technicians and operator role

• Using different platforms to source CVs for dedicated hiring positions
• Arrange interview with hiring manager
• Collect successful candidates’ information, entry documents as well as necessary certifications
• Onboarding instructions to successful candidates
• Proceed with the hiring process in Workday and/or related platforms.

Training

• Coordinate with different departments for onboarding process
• Conduct onboarding training as assigned for New Hires/ Refresh

Other assignment

• In charge of attendance of dedicated section (s)
• Support company events when required

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduation from college and above at any field
• English or Chinese communication
• Computer skill: Microsoft offices
