Responsibilities

→Lead advanced trade compliance reviews across assigned operations.
→Manage Export Licenses, determination, application, maintenance and reporting.
→Assess compliance risks associated with imports, exports, and customs activities.
→Provide guidance regarding trade regulations and customs requirements.
→Support development and implementation of compliance procedures and controls.
→Coordinate responses to audits and regulatory inquiries.
→Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Finance, Legal, and Commercial teams.
→Identify compliance risks and continuous improvement opportunities.
→Support strategic compliance initiatives and continuous improvement across assigned operations.

Requirements

Full knowledge on supply chain full process from end to end is a plus.

Key Skills and Knowledge

In depth knowledge of customs and trade compliance activities in international environments.
In-depth knowledge of EU export control regulations, export licensing, sanctions, and dual-use controls.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
