Responsibilities

→Coordinate the activities of the Customs Team across the company's sites, including Customs Specialists and Senior Customs Specialists.
→Oversee the company's entire import and export operations, including the use of special customs procedures.
→Coordinate customs clearance processes related to raw materials, finished goods, machinery, and other products.
→Continuously develop and improve systems used for monitoring customs clearance activities.
→Participate in post-clearance customs audits and inspections.
→Conduct regular internal audits and drive process improvement initiatives.
→Maintain relationships with the National Tax and Customs Administration (NAV), third-party customs service providers, and company customers, while representing the company's interests.
→Prepare reports, analyses, and customs-related documentation.

Requirements

Relevant educational background in customs, logistics, international trade, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of professional customs experience.
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.

Experience with Regens customs software.
Knowledge of the electronics manufacturing industry.
Business-level English, both written and spoken.

Vámcsoport munkájának koordinálása a vállalat telephelyein, ami magában foglalja a vámügyintézőket és a senior vámügyintézőket

A vámkezelések követésére alkalmas rendszert folyamatosan fejleszti
Utólagos ellenőrzésekben való közreműködés
Folyamatos belső ellenőrzések végzése, folyamatok fejlesztése
Kapcsolatot tart fent a Nemzeti Adó- és Vámhivatal a vámkezelésben résztvevő harmadik féllel, társaságunk vevőivel, és képviseli a cég érdekeit
Jelentések, kimutatások készítése

Szakirányú végzettség
Minimum 5 éves vámszakmai tapasztalat
Számítógépes ismeretek (Word, Excel)
Jó kommunikációs és problémamegoldó készség, pontosság

Regens szoftver ismerete
Elektronikai iparágban szerzett ismeret
Tárgyalóképes angol nyelvtudás szóban és írásban egyaránt
