Job Title: Associate Attorney
Salary: $100K - $130K
Type of Position: Full Time

Location: **Remote **

Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Job Description:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Manage a significant case load
Draft and file pleadings, and other miscellaneous notices, documents, with the court
Track cases with upcoming statutes of limitations
Track service of process
Review court documents
Attend court hearings as needed
Review all information, evidence and documentation, including medical records, bills, loss of earnings documentation and change in lifestyle information, that will help build a case
Sort and read through medical records, insurance correspondence, and settlement releases on behalf of clients
Collaborate with multiple departments including Case Management, Demands, and Liens
Maintain communication with clients to guide them through the filing of their lawsuit and the settlement process

Requirements:

Candidate has a JD and is admitted to the California bar
1-2 years of experience in Personal Injury preferred
Very well organized
Good follow-up
Strong communication skills
Spanish speaking, a plus
