Bartender

We’re looking for experienced Bartenders who know how to connect with people, work efficiently in a high-volume environment, and take pride in providing outstanding service. Whether you're serving a family enjoying a night out, a group celebrating a birthday, or guests gathering at the bar, you'll help make their experience memorable.

• →Welcome and engage guests with friendly, attentive service
• →Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, and other beverages accurately and efficiently
• →Provide knowledgeable recommendations and answer questions about beverage offerings
• →Maintain speed and accuracy during high-volume periods
• →Verify identification and follow all alcohol-service laws and company policies
• →Monitor guest alcohol consumption and serve responsibly
• →Process transactions and maintain accurate cash and payment handling
• →Keep the bar stocked, clean, organized, and guest-ready
• →Complete opening, closing, restocking, and cleaning responsibilities
• →Maintain appropriate levels of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, glassware, and supplies
• →Follow recipes, portion standards, food safety, and sanitation requirements
• →Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and other team members to provide a seamless guest experience
• →Respond professionally to guest questions, concerns, and special requests

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Previous bartending experience required
• Exemplary guest service and communication skills
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with guests
• Able to work quickly and accurately in a high-volume environment
• Knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and common cocktails
• Strong attention to detail and responsible alcohol-service practices
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Able to multitask and remain organized during busy periods
• Comfortable handling cash and POS transactions
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform the physical requirements of the position
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Spanish-speaking ability is a plus
