We are seeking a proactive and results driven First Line Manager to lead our sales teams. This role is pivotal in leading overall sales performance, strategic planning for his/her territory & feedback integration.
He / she will be responsible also for stakeholder relationship management, customer development & retention.
Team coaching & potential development through field force management & training & talent acquisition support
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Provide coaching and feedback on call quality, scientific messaging, and territory management.
- →Align on sales targets, KPIs, and execution plans.
- →Drive accountability and motivation within the team.
- →Align territory performance with overall sales objectives.
- →Ensure clear understanding of product positioning, competitive strategy, and promotional campaigns.
- →Align resources and promotional tools with field needs
- →Coordinate product availability and address supply gaps at territory level.
- →Monitor stock flow to key accounts, pharmacies, and institutions.
- →Support team development via structured training, role-plays, and coaching sessions.
- →Identify skill gaps within the team and propose training needs.
- →Reinforce compliance and selling standards.
- →Collaboration in onboarding and induction of new reps
- →Gain advanced scientific knowledge to cascade within the team.
- →Facilitate scientific engagement opportunities for KOLs in coordination with reps
- →Participate in key meetings with KDMs to negotiate formulary inclusion or contracts.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, or Life Sciences (mandatory).
- Postgraduate studies in Business/Management are desirable.
- Minimum two years of experience in similar role.
- Experience in multinational pharmaceutical companies is a plus.
