- propose and define the strategy of the brand you lead and give input to strategic decisions and guidelines of the brand to superiors for all markets
- develop and execute an annual Marketing Plan and Innovation Plan for the brand you lead for all markets, adhering to a cost plan and activity calendar
- create, implement and control the execution of the annual Marketing budget for your brands in all markets
- regularly visit the markets in which the brand operates and the points of sale where it is present, prepare reports with an analysis of the situation on the ground, proposing adjustments to plans as needed
- define the market positioning of the brand and pricing policy and be responsible for meeting the profitability goals
- cooperate with creative and media agencies through key documents (Copy brief, Packaging brief, Media brief)
- monitor and analyze market trends and competition activities
- actively participate in the planning and development of tactics and support materials (POS) and work closely with the marketing excellence service in creating a digital strategy of its brands and R&D service in defining new concepts and improving existing ones and harmonizing regulations and communication
- You will work on challenging tasks for a leading producer and distributor of mineral water and soft drinks in the region
- You will have the opportunity to affect the profitability of sales and market share of the brand in all markets in which brand operates
- You will work closely with senior management teams across all the business functions
- You will have the opportunity to develop a strategy, plan and implement a marketing mix and participate in all activities that will lead to the fulfillment of set goals
- You will increase your professional knowledge as well as sharpen your communicational and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management or a related field
- Desirably minimum one year experience in the same or related field
- Fluency in English
- PC literacy and excellent knowledge of MS Office tools
- Driver’s license
