Situated on approximately 200 acres, the property features an impressive 12,000–13,000-square-foot main residence with approximately 6–7 bedrooms and 7–8 bathrooms.

The family resides primarily on the East Coast and visits their Colorado estate approximately 4–5 times per year. They are seeking a trustworthy, proactive, and versatile couple who will take pride in maintaining the property year-round, preparing for family visits, and ensuring everything runs seamlessly while the family is in residence.
