Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Engagement:Call, text, and email inbound and outbound leads to discuss loan products and qualify potential borrowers.
• Loan Intake:Collect borrower information and pre-qualify applicants based on company guidelines.
• Follow-Up:Maintain consistent communication with prospects to move them through the lending pipeline.
• CRM Management:Log all activity and manage tasks within our CRM to ensure accurate tracking of leads and applications.
• Relationship Building:Build rapport with investors, brokers, and agents to create long-term referral relationships.
• Market Knowledge:Stay informed about loan programs, interest rates, and lending trends.
