Jetfly Management also provides charter services, pilot training, and technical support, helping owners maximize the value and efficiency of their aircraft.

About the role

We are setting up a new PC-12 operating base in Jersey (EGJJ) for one of our long-standing clients, and are recruiting a complete, dedicated crew to launch it:

• Lead Captain – responsible for the crew and the day-to-day running of the base, and the main point of contact between the client and our operations team. Prior experience on PC-12 required.
• Captain
• First Officer

As a founding member of the Jersey crew, you will operate a dedicated PC-12 for a client who has trusted Jetfly for many years. The role combines the stability of a long-term operation with close contact with the client and the opportunity to shape how the new base runs from day one.

Profile:

• ATPL or Frozen ATPL (EASA only)
• IR - ME / MCC / Advanced UPRT
• Light-jet and/or PC-12NG experience will be considered as an asset
• Captains: minimum 2,500 flight hours total
• First Officer: minimum 250 flight hours total
• Lead Captain: previous base, line training or management responsibilities will be considered a strong asset
• Commercial multicrew experience
• Class Rated candidates will be assessed in priority
• Fluent English; willingness to relocate to and reside in Jersey

  • Last 3 pages of logbook showing overall experience, totals on each type/class with PIC/SIC/SIM/IFR breakdown
  • Professional history for the last 5 years
  • Criminal record in each country of residence for the last 5 years
• The candidate will be appointed for a selection including interviews, a simulator session, a psychological assessment, a drug screening and a background check by the Police.
