We are currently hiring for a Career Resource Center Coordinator to join our CareerLink team.

The PA CareerLink in Philadelphia helps individuals prepare for and find work. We provide no-cost services that help individuals successfully enter or re-enter the local workforce.

Responsibilities:

Guide all customers into the CRC or to the appropriate service(s) with a welcoming demeanor.
Greet, answer questions and disseminate information to all participants in the Career Resource Center.
Assist with PA CareerLink registration and ensure participants are completely enrolled, have a viable resume/job preferences completed.
Assist with directing/navigating participants to job application site.
Monitor the use of the computers by visually observing participant’s usage and ensure that computers are being used for job search activities ONLY.
Have a general understanding of PA CareerLink services and the No Wrong Door model.
Be proactive with suggestions to Job Developers when a good job match is probable.
Assist participants with clerical tasks such as copying and faxing job related and unemployment compensation materials
Other related duties as assigned.
