Community Employment Specialist - Camden County

• Manage assigned caseload to Develop, change and track results of the job seeker’s goals.

• Match a job seekers interests and abilities with available jobs. Look for new employers and nurture relationships with existing employers.

• Conduct an assessment of each job seeker. Focus on total life experiences, not just work history, and interest.

• Support job seeker in obtaining an interview for identified jobs. Attend interview if needed.

• Support participants currently employed to increase skills, abilities, hours, duties, authority as desired by participant.
