Support up to three adults with disabilities in a welcoming home environment

Assist with daily living needs like cooking, cleaning, and shopping

Help individuals engage in their communities—whether it’s volunteer opportunities, events, or outings

Encourage independence, celebrate achievements, and be a positive force in someone’s daily life

Homes operate 24/7, so scheduling includes weekends and holidays
