As a Field Sourcing Supervisor, you will lead a team of Field Sourcing Coordinators in procuring chili directly from farmers and Sahabat Jiva (local suppliers) in the East Java area. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and optimize the sourcing process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to company standards. You'll play a crucial role in driving the team towards achieving sourcing targets while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and local communities. This position reports to the Area Manager.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of Field Sourcing Coordinators.
Develop sourcing strategies and implement efficient procurement processes.
Monitor and analyze sourcing metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Provide guidance and support to team members, including training and development initiatives.
Resolve any issues or challenges related to sourcing operations in a timely manner.
Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and regulatory requirements.
Foster strong relationships with farmers, suppliers, and other stakeholders in the supply chain.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

General Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in agriculture, business administration, or related field.
Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in the agricultural sector.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of agricultural practices, market dynamics, and supply chain principles
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Willingness to be based in the East Java region and travel as required.
Valid motorcycle license and willingness to ride as needed.
