The Young Graduate Development Program is a three-year rotational program designed to introduce recent graduates to all aspects of the Johnson & Johnson Supply Chain in Beerse, Geel or Ghent.

What We Offer

Our Clinical Supply Chain plays a vital role in connecting patients, science, and supply chain. CSC executes the overall supply plan to ensure on-time delivery and optimal supply for the best quality products to sites and patients worldwide. We design, plan, manufacture, pack, and distribute more than 1 million kits for +300 clinical trials across the globe, enabling us to reach over 100,000 patients within one year.

Beerse is the proud home of Johnson & Johnson's only end-to-end campus, specializing in R&D, Clinical Supply Chain and Commercial Supply Chain. This location is a vital hub in the pharmaceutical world, employing over 4000 dedicated professionals. You will have exceptional networking opportunities and play a key role across various departments essential for establishing our innovative new modalities in medicine. Requirements

You will obtain a Scientific Master’s degree in 2027 and have a strong interest in Production & Supply Chain.
An additional Master's in Management is considered a plus to develop the necessary business acumen.
You have an innate drive to make the difference and achieve results. Thanks to your analytical skills you manage to understand complex issues and related business needs.
You are decisive and you have the brainpower and drive to deal with various issues and projects simultaneously.
Thanks to your communicative and interpersonal skills you manage to work together with different levels of our organization.
You are fluent in English and Dutch.
