The Manager, HCC Hungary supports healthcare compliance activities for Hungary, Croatia and Slovenia, helping ensure ethical business conduct and adherence to applicable healthcare laws, regulations, and company policies for DePuy Synthes’ Orthopedics business. This role partners closely with country leadership, Legal, business and functional stakeholders, and regional and global Compliance teams to identify and manage compliance risks while enabling sustainable business growth. This position plays an important role in strengthening a culture of integrity and accountability across a highly regulated market, while gaining exposure to complex, multi‑country compliance operations. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Serve as the primary Healthcare Compliance Officer for Hungary, Croatia, and Slovenia. 

• Lead the development and execution of healthcare compliance strategies aligned with global and EMEA regional priorities. 

• Identify, assess, and manage compliance risks related to commercial, promotional, professional education, and other business and operational activities. 

• Provide proactive guidance and practical advice to business leaders on healthcare compliance requirements and ethical decision‑making. 

• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to embed effective compliance controls into business processes and market activities. 

• Oversee compliance programs, including training, monitoring, risk assessments, and issue management activities across assigned markets. 

• Partner with Legal and other functions to support investigations, audits, and regulatory or health authority interactions. 

• Monitor regulatory developments and industry trends across applicable markets to anticipate and address emerging compliance risks. 

• Prepare and present compliance risk assessments, insights, and recommendations to regional and senior leadership. 

• Foster a strong culture of integrity, accountability, and speak‑up.
