We are looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a small operations team in achieving production targets while ensuring a safe, compliant, and GMP-driven working environment. In this role, you will coach and support team members, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and help optimize daily manufacturing processes to support the broader Operations unit. Working on a shift roster, you will combine strong leadership with a practical, solution-oriented mindset. Dutch (A2) and English (B2) language skills are required. • Lead daily operations to meet production targets and ensure the team delivers results to required standards.
• Coach, develop, and manage team performance to keep staffing and training aligned with operational needs.
• Maintain a safe, compliant workplace by enforcing SOPs, GMP, company policies, and the Code of Business Conduct.
• Drive continuous improvement and a LEAN mindset using root‑cause problem solving and practical process improvements.
• Monitor and validate processes with Gemba walks, spot checks of standardized work, clear documentation, and visual controls.
• Identify operational risks, escalate issues when needed, and complete administrative tasks that ensure accurate, timely, quality outcomes.

• MBO-4 degree requires HBO-assessed thinking level and one of the qualifications listed below: A relevant MBO-4 degree with at least 5 years' relevant experience A non-relevant MBO-4 degree with at least 7 years' relevant experience An MBO-4 degree with 3 years of people leader experience
• Dutch A2 and English B2 language levels are required.
• The levels of computer proficiency are intermediate level for MS Office and entry level for data analysis.
• Maintain a positive attitude that influences team morale and productivity.
• Lead by example in maintaining calmness and composure during challenging situations.
• Demonstrate effective change leadership.
• Please note that this role operates on a 16/7 shift pattern, and candidates must be able and willing to work according to the shift roster.
