Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is hiring a Market Access Manager to join our Market Access team located in Casablanca, Morocco.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →University degree in pharmacy, medicine, life sciences, public health, business or a related discipline; postgraduate training in health economics, Market access or health policy is an advantage.
- →4–5 years of relevant professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including experience in market access, pricing, reimbursement, health economics or a closely related function.
- →Strong knowledge of the Moroccan healthcare system, payer environment, reimbursement pathways and key public and private institutions.
- →Demonstrated experience developing access strategies, value dossiers, health-economic analyses, pricing analyses, business cases or patient access solutions.
- →Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to build and interpret pricing models, financial simulations, business cases, trackers and scenario analyses.
- →Strong analytical, technical writing and presentation skills, with the ability to translate strategic insights into practical, evidence-based initiatives.
- →Strong project-management capability, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple dossiers, submissions and launch-access workstreams against demanding timelines.
- →Proven field stakeholder-management experience, with the ability to communicate, influence, negotiate and build sustainable relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- →Demonstrated ability to drive change and deliver results effectively within a matrix and evolving organization.
- →Fluent written and spoken French and English; Arabic is an advantage.
