• Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by DePuy Synthes at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes.
• Build up and improve MV setup process capability/ 建立和优化MV 流程能力
• Manage & coordinate the planning activities for New projects & Transfer projects: Ramp-up plan, Material plan, transfer plan alignment with sending/receiving sites, etc. 管理新产品导入项目，产品转移项目相关计划事宜 （产能提升计划，物料计划，生产计划等）以确保项目按时顺利完成。
• Create Master Production Schedule and agree and execute Schedule at code level with the business partners; achieve excellent Customer Service with low Back Order level, while maintaining control of the Inventory (RM, WIP, FG) / 制订生产计划，完成客户满意度及存货指标
• Coordinate all planning activities with the Supply Chain. / 和供应链部门协调计划相关活动
• Lead and support system and process improvement programs where appropriate, within or outside the planning function. / 领导和支持部门内外系统及流程相关改善项目
• Fulfill temporary task from direct report. /其他临时指定工作
