• Experience supporting Clinical Development, R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, enterprise data platforms, or internal productivity applications in a regulated environment.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, container registries, artifact repositories, and observability tooling.
• Experience implementing secure platform controls, policy-as-code, vulnerability management, secrets management, cloud security posture, and compliance automation.
• Relevant certifications in Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, platform engineering, cybersecurity, site reliability engineering, or cloud architecture.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical risks, operational trade-offs, deployment options, and reliability improvements to diverse stakeholders.

As Senior Manager, Platform Engineering, you will shape the platform strategy, build and lead a high-performing engineering organization, and strengthen Johnson & Johnson's ability to deliver digital products securely, reliably, and at scale. You will improve developer productivity, reduce platform complexity, increase operational resilience, build trusted internal and external partnerships, and create clarity through ambiguity to enable compliant cloud-based delivery across critical enterprise platforms.

People manager accountable for a team of platform engineers and technical leads; oversees a blended workforce of employees, contractors, vendors, and strategic partners, with team size aligned to business scope.
