In this role, you will lead solution enablement for Johnson & Johnson’s end-to-end Joining journey—from job requisition initiation through posting, screening, selection, due diligence, offer generation, onboarding, and the first 90 days. You will shape a cohesive, digital-first experience built on the Workday ecosystem and integrated extended systems that enable a seamless process across regions and businesses.
