Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Senior Marketing Manager, Marketing Operations - Spine to join our Spine Global Growth Marketing (GGM) Department located in Raynham, MA.
Requirements
~3 min readReporting to the Sr. Director, Global Strategy Marketing, the Senior Marketing Manager, Marketing Operations - Spine will lead the development and execution of operational processes that support commercial performance across the Spine portfolio. This role serves as the primary owner of demand signal integrity, funnel governance, product data governance, launch readiness, operational issue resolution, and cross-functional process improvement. This individual will partner closely with Sales, Product Management, Hospital Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial Excellence, and regional partners to improve business performance, protect revenue, and enable downstream marketing teams to focus on customer-facing growth initiatives.
- A minimum of a BS/BA degree is required. MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
- Candidate must have 8+ years of progressive business experience in Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial Excellence, Finance, Product Management, Healthcare, or related business functions.
- Experience within healthcare, medical device, orthopedics, spine, or related industries is preferred.
- Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives across a matrixed organization.
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience interpreting demand signals, operational trends, business performance metrics, and commercial processes.
- Experience working with product information management, ERP, CRM, reporting platforms, or related business systems is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive alignment across multiple functions.
- Strong communication, presentation, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and implement sustainable solutions at scale.
- Ability to effectively lead, coach, and develop talent.
- Ability to establish and maintain credibility as a knowledgeable business partner.
- Ability to work within a matrix organization and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
- Should have a track record of career advancement and exceeding expectations.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
On October 14, 2025, Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.
It is anticipated following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes, and your employment would be governed by Orthopaedics employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. Responsibilities

- →Lead governance of demand signal integrity, funnel health, product data quality, and operational processes that support commercial execution across the Spine portfolio.
- →Partner with key stakeholders to ensure accurate product visibility, product hierarchy governance, launch readiness, and catalog integrity across commercial platforms and business processes.
- →Lead cross-functional investigation and resolution of operational issues impacting customer service, case coverage, product availability, or revenue realization.
- →Establish and maintain governance processes supporting portfolio launches, product transitions, commercialization readiness, and lifecycle management activities.
- →Partner with Product Management teams to ensure product information accuracy, portfolio transitions, SKU governance, and launch sequencing activities are executed effectively.
- →Coordinate with Hospital Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and Commercial Excellence partners to improve operational visibility, communication, and issue resolution.
- →Develop reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics that improve visibility to demand trends, operational risks, and business performance opportunities.
- →Act as the primary operational escalation point across Sales, Product Management, Hospital Operations, Supply Chain, and downstream marketing teams.
- →Identify root causes of recurring operational challenges and implement scalable corrective actions to improve business performance.
- →Lead continuous improvement initiatives designed to reduce operational burden on downstream marketing teams and improve organizational effectiveness.
- →Manage and develop the Associate Marketing Manager, Marketing Operations.
