The Supply Network Planner manages the entire product portfolio and is responsible for the full order management cycle, including master data maintenance, order entry, product master data, invoicing, and inventory management, while considering all internal and external requirements.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent, proactive, and transparent communication, as well as effective tactical problem-solving.

• Collaborate with customers and manufacturing sites to ensure products are delivered on time.

• Ensure customer inventory is replenished on time based on the latest forecast.

• Work with customers to improve forecast accuracy and enable an effective and efficient supply chain.

• Apply a consistent problem-solving approach and drive process improvements with customers and within the team.

• Ensure the accuracy of Supply Network Planning master data parameters.

• Ensure the accuracy of transactional data, including forecast release and consumption, open sales orders, stock transfer orders, purchase orders, in-transit stock, and inventory status.

• Manage downstream planning and resolve conflicts related to inventory coverage, shelf life, and artwork.

• Execute end-to-end order management.

• Act as a backup for team members.

• Improve key supply chain performance metrics such as OTIF-D, SLOB and Inventory turnover.

• Support and contribute to the monthly IBP Demand Review process with key stakeholders.

• Maintain appropriate inventory coverage for assigned markets.

• Ensure continuous compliance with SOX and other applicable requirements.

• Support adherence to established processes.

• Proactively alert the local organization and EMEA teams to required escalations or potential supply chain disruptions, follow up on corrective actions, and report and explain stock-outs.
