• →Strong Organization Skills related to Warehouse / Kitting Room Processes / Shipping & Distribution / and Logistics. Previous experience.
• →Knowledge of Inventory Control Systems: FIFO, FEFO, Kanban, JIT, Safety Stock, Minimum/Maximum Stock Levels, Reorder Point, Supermarket, MRP, etc.
• →Knowledge on Physical Inventory Controls and Cycle Count Program, based on Pareto’s 80/20 principles (ABC Codes), Focused on Inventory Accuracy with attention to detail.
• → Lean and/or 6 Sigma Certification.
• →Knowledge on correct usage of PIV's and Safety Rules, Correct use of Manual Pallet Jack and other utility carts for materials movement.
• →ISO Standards Knowledge (ISO13485, ISO14001 Preferred), Quality Systems & Compliance. Processes Documentation, and SOPs Generation & Update Skills.
• →Knowledge on EHS&S Safety Requirements: NOMs, OSHA, etc.
• →Knowledge on Receiving, Storage, Handling and Disposal of Chemicals Products.
• →Proficient user of MS Office, Excel (Data Mining reporting skills through MS Excel or equivalent), Word, PowerPoint.
• →ERP's Inventory Control System Knowledge (JDE E1, JDE One World, Citrix, and/or SAP, preferred).
• →Basic understanding of technical terminology and applications.
• →Customer service focus.
