A4 Chargeman

• →Lead and manage a team of Technicians to ensure the building services and facilities equipment's are working in a good condition.
• →Carry out repairs and preventive maintenance work in accordance with the plan
• →Monitor third party contractors and ensure adherence to the safe and legal routines
• →Conduct safe and legal routine checks as per Health and Safety Policy
• →Maintain equipment according to the risk assessment standards and act quickly on any issues
• →Maintain engineering store area and plant rooms to ensure tidiness and safe access
• →Perform routine inspection every 3 hours, Monitor contractor, Perform minor trouble shooting
• →Maintain all electrical and operations equipment.
• →Maintain fire life safety system operations
• →Perform other duties as directed by supervisor

• 100% compliance of site to key client and APM audits
• Meet or exceed Client Satisfaction survey targets
• Individual IPMP

• Vendor Management

• Chargeman A4 Certificate by Suruhanjaya Tenaga (Energy Commission)
• Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in facilities management or building operations with knowledge of maintenance and services.
• Customer oriented, a team player, able to work independently and good interpersonal & leadership skills
• Able to work under pressure and in a fast-changing environment
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Willing to work on shifts/public holidays/weekends
