• →Inspecting properties with a qualified Valuer when required
• →Assisting with measuring, taking site notes and photographs
• →Preparing research for valuation reports
• →Entering key tenancy and factual information into the valuation model
• →Inserting market evidence
• →Reviewing lease information
• →Going over initial details with the qualified valuer to finalise reports
• →Assisting qualified valuers to achieve client deadlines and objectives
• →Developing your market knowledge

We're looking for candidates who have completed a property (or related) degree and discovered their passion for real estate valuation.

You bring a positive attitude, meticulous attention to detail, and adapt quickly to new systems, processes, and technologies. Your strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are complemented by excellent written and verbal communication skills. You thrive both working independently and collaborating effectively within a team.
