ジョーンズラングラサール（Jones Lang LaSalle）は、NY証券取引所に上場し、世界80カ国、300拠点でビジネスを展開する大手外資系総合不動産サービス会社です。現在日本でのビジネス拡大に向けて積極的に採用を進めています。

リサーチ部門において、不動産市場の分析とインサイト提供を担う不動産リサーチ（アナリスト or マネージャー）を募集します。データに基づく市場分析を通じて、国内外の投資家や事業会社の意思決定をサポートする重要な役割を担っていただきます。

• 不動産市場のデータ集計と分析：事業用不動産の各アセット（オフィス、物流施設、商業施設、住宅等）のデータを集計、賃料や空室率の動向を分析する

• 市況予測とレポート執筆：マクロ経済（実質GDP成長率等）動向や社内の他部門（売買仲介、賃貸仲介、不動産管理、など）の担当者とのディスカッション等をふまえ、将来の市況見通しを作成、レポートにまとめて市場に発信する。

•   クライアント対応：国内外の投資家もしくは事業会社に対して、市場概要の説明やプレゼンテーションを行う。

• Excel（PivotTable、XLOOKUP、INDEX/MATCH、集計関数等を用いた分析経験）、Word、PPT

• 大卒以上

• コミュニケーション能力と協調性

• プレゼンテーションスキル、英語でもプレゼンテーションができれば尚可。

• 分析力と論理的思考力

• 統計や経済学の知識

• 不動産業界での経験や知識
