Requirements

Hourly rate of $34.62 - $43.27, based on experience
40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
Time required entry
Overtime paid at 1.5x hourly rate for hours exceeding 40 per week, manager approval required

Bachelor’s degree in, Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management (PREFERRED)

Strong verbal & written communication skills & a meticulous attention to detail (REQUIRED)

Well-versed in construction methodologies and a strong understanding of the various stages of construction, from concept to close out. (REQUIRED)

Familiarity with GMP contracts and other types of construction contracts (PREFERRED)

Ability to think and work independently, demonstrate initiative, and collaborate effectively with multiple individuals on various projects to meet assigned deadlines.

Software Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with PMWeb is a plus.

Detail-oriented and organized with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.

72,000.00 – 90,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
