Responsibilities

→Assist with preparing and writing market research by obtaining and analyzing market information, statistics, demographics, and traffic counts.
→Support the valuation of current and proposed listings using Argus and Excel.
→Review and summarize leases by preparing lease abstracts.
→Assist in the due diligence process for transactions.
→Help design and prepare marketing materials, including teasers and offering memorandums, by creating charts and other graphics.
→Provide general assistance to the team, including gathering data on rent rolls, demographics, and tenant profiles.

Requirements

Currently a college/university junior, graduating in Summer 2028.
Permanent US work authorization.
Strong analytical, writing, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently with a team-player attitude.
Ability to interact professionally with internal and external clients in a fast-paced environment.
Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Familiarity with Argus, PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign, and Photoshop.
