A Front Office Executive (FOE) acts as the primary point of contact and "face" of an organization, managing the reception area, welcoming visitors, and handling communication. Key responsibilities include handling phone calls, scheduling meetings, managing incoming/outgoing mail, and performing clerical tasks.
Responsibilities

- →Administrative Support: Filing, scanning, copying, and updating documents.
- →Scheduling: Organizing appointments and managing front-desk calendars.
- →Front Desk Maintenance: Ensuring the reception area is clean and professional.
- →Security & Safety: Maintaining office security by controlling access via the reception desk.
- →Keeping front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material
- →Greeting and welcoming desks as they approach the front desk
- →Answering questions and addressing complaints
- →Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
- →Greet and welcome guests

Requirements

- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment (printers, scanners).
- Professionalism: Strong interpersonal skills, a customer-centric attitude, and a professional demeanour.
- Education: A high school diploma or a bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field.
- Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
- Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Problem-solving skills
- Customer service orientation
- Graduation or Diploma in relevant field
- Relevant professional experience.

- You will be reporting to the Estate Manager.
- You will be working at Waterstones, which is a Commercial Property located at Marol Naka, Mumbai.
