General Technician

• →Perform general building maintenance and minor repairs
• →Support mechanical and electrical teams with routine tasks
• →Maintain facility infrastructure including doors, walls, floors, and ceilings
• →Conduct painting, carpentry, and minor construction work
• →Assist with equipment moves and installations
• →Maintain grounds and external areas
• →Perform basic plumbing repairs and maintenance
• →Support facility improvement projects
• →Maintain tools and workshop areas
• →Respond to routine maintenance requests from operations team

• Vocational certificate or equivalent technical training
• 2+ years of general maintenance experience
• Multi-skilled with basic knowledge across various trades
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
• Good practical problem-solving skills
• Physical fitness for manual labor activities
• Understanding of workplace safety practices
• Team player with positive attitude
• Thai language proficiency required
• Basic English communication skills advantageous
