Responsibilities

→Minimum facilities experience with at least 2 years in laboratory or research environments.
→Strong knowledge of building automation systems, HVAC controls, electrical distribution, and plumbing systems.
→Working knowledge of building codes, OSHA regulations, and laboratory safety standards.
→Proven communication skills for interfacing with laboratory personnel, vendors, and management.

Requirements

Associate's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related technical field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and building automation platforms.
Familiarity with laboratory-specific equipment including fume hoods, biosafety cabinets, autoclaves, glasswashers and specialty gas systems.

89,440.00 – 95,600.00 USD per year

Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
