You'll join the team that manages the European real estate portfolio of one of the world's largest technology companies. It's a high-volume, facilities-driven account, so the work centres on invoices, operating-expense reconciliations and landlord relationships rather than abstraction alone. You'll sit alongside experienced market leads who own the complex casework across countries such as Germany, Austria, Switzerland and markets in the wider region. Client contact is part of the daily rhythm here, and you'll get early exposure to how a major occupier's portfolio is run day to day.

The objective of the role is to support the maintenance of our client's lease and cost databases. This involves collecting and tracking portfolio information, keeping records accurate, and providing day-to-day support to the market leads who manage invoices, reconciliations and landlord relationships across the region.

  • Administrative support – collecting documents, scans and correspondence
  • Tracking invoices and documents in the dedicated tools
  • Uploading invoices and documents into the client system, local drive and SharePoint
  • Performing database updates and clean-ups based on instruction
  • Supporting market leads with the preparation of operating-expense reconciliation documentation
  • Helping maintain landlord and vendor records and correspondence logs
  • Light, guided exposure to client and landlord communication under the market leads' direction

  • Very good German and another European language
  • Availability for at least 20 hours per week
  • Attention to detail and the ability to think clearly and precisely
  • Comfort working with invoices, numbers and structured data
  • Some experience in database management would be an asset
  • MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • A reliable, organized approach and comfort working in a client-facing environment
