Maintenance Painter Part-Time

• →Apply various painting and wall covering techniques to complete projects
• →Remove and replace furniture, equipment, shelving, and fixtures as needed for work areas
• →Install and repair drywall and plaster, including applying corner beads, taping, patching, and sanding
• →Prepare surfaces by stripping, washing, and priming before painting
• →Inspect damaged surfaces (plaster, drywall, water damage, cracks) throughout the campus
• →Use tools and equipment safely while maintaining a secure work environment
• →Perform additional duties as assigned, aligned with client hours

• Interior and exterior painting experience
• Drywall repair and finishing
• Valid driver's license
• Basic computer skills

• Wall covering installation
• Carpentry experience
• Framing knowledge
• General maintenance experience

Schedule: Flexible schedule based on your needs. Work 20-24 hours per week with multiple schedule options:

• 4 hours/day for 5 days
• 5 hours/day for 4 days
• 8 hours/day for 3 days

Start times available anytime between 5:00 AM and 5:00 PM. The building is open 24/7, allowing maximum flexibility
