Mechanical Technical Director, Data Center

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE)or Chartered Engineer (CEng) license preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in designing and managing mechanical systems for newbuild or infrastructure fit-out projects.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, codes, standards, and practices for infrastructure fit-out projects.
• Proficiency in mechanical design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM350, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), HVAC system simulation software).
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including cooling towers, chillers, air handling units, and control systems.
• Experience with plumbing and piping design, including water distribution, fire protection, and plumbing fixtures.
• Familiarity with energy-efficient design principles and sustainability practices for mechanical systems.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver projects on schedule.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.
