Plant Supervisor (Lead)

• →Supervise and coordinate activities of maintenance and operations teams across all shifts
• →Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
• →Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs for critical infrastructure
• →Monitor and optimize facility performance metrics and KPIs
• →Lead incident response and root cause analysis for critical events
• →Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external contractors
• →Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• →Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
• →Prepare operational reports and maintain documentation systems

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
• 7+ years of experience in data center, critical facilities, or industrial plant operations
• 3+ years in supervisory/leadership role
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, BMS, and critical infrastructure
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Proficiency in English and Thai (written and spoken)
• Certifications such as CMRP, PMP, or relevant technical certifications preferred
