This position requires a skilled plumber capable of comprehensive facility maintenance with emphasis on commercial/institutional plumbing systems, medical gas systems, and steam operations.

You'll need working knowledge of building plumbing systems, federal/state/local codes and regulations, and computerized maintenance management systems including tablet devices. Blueprint reading and interpretation of diagrams, schematics, and service manuals is essential for completing assignments.

The position requires physical strength and dexterity to perform work assignments effectively, including the ability to lift objects weighing 20-50 lbs regularly. The role demands the stamina for hands-on technical work and operation of construction tools and equipment.

Rodding capability for all waste and drain line types
Compliance with plumbing codes in all work
Effective written and verbal communication
Ability to work independently using technical documentation

This is a skilled trades position requiring both technical expertise and physical capability to maintain complex building systems.

This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

50.00 – 50.08 USD per year

Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
