As Regional Facilities Manager, you will lead the delivery of exceptional Facilities Management services to our Financial Services client across designated sites within the Americas real estate portfolio. You will be responsible for operational leadership that fosters an ownership-mindset culture while developing your team to deliver outstanding services aligned with our client's desired outcomes.
This is an onsite role based at the client's Global Headquarters in Miami, Florida with approximately 15-20% travel to regional sites.
In this role as a Regional Facilities Manager at JLL, you will lead the delivery of site-level excellence to achieve a standardized client experience across the portfolio. You will be a champion for your team and create development and succession plans. You will manage regional budgets and serve as a key point of contact for client stakeholders within your region. You will collaborate closely with site teams and cross-functional partners locally and regionally, contributing to JLL's position as an industry leader.

Responsibilities

~1 min read- Bachelor's degree; Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years of regional or multi-site IFM experience for financial services or technology-focused clients, including strong knowledge of CRE facility management methodologies, building systems, maintenance processes, and regulatory requirements
- Demonstrated operational leadership success in implementing standardized processes and ensuring consistent service delivery across multiple sites
- Proven success in coaching, developing, and retaining facility operations teams; creating development plans and fostering an empowering culture
- Strong communication skills and ability to build effective relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams; ability to influence outcomes and drive operational improvements
- Solid budget management and forecasting abilities; understanding of operational budgeting, cost management, variance analysis, and financial reporting
- Experience in vendor management and contract coordination
- Strong organizational and analytical capabilities
- Proficiency in CMMS platforms, BI/analytics tools, and Microsoft Office applications
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS Engineering, or related field)
- Certification in facilities management (CFM, FMP, or similar)
- Proficiency with AI-powered tools and platforms (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, or similar)
