Remote Hands Technician

• →Execute smart hands tasks as requested by clients or NOC
• →Perform equipment installations, moves, and decommissioning
• →Cable management and structured cabling support
• →Physical verification of equipment status and LED indicators
• →Power cycling and basic troubleshooting of IT equipment
• →Escort vendors and contractors within data center
• →Conduct physical inventory and asset verification
• →Package and ship equipment as required
• →Maintain accurate documentation of all activities
• →Follow change management and approval processes
• →Ensure compliance with security and safety procedures
• →Respond to urgent requests on 24/7 basis
• →Report equipment issues and environmental concerns
• →Support access control and security protocols

• Diploma or Certificate in IT, Electronics, or related technical field
• High school with relevant experience considered

• Minimum 1-2 years in technical support or data center operations
• Experience handling IT equipment and structured cabling
• Customer-facing role experience preferred

• Basic understanding of IT hardware and network equipment
• Careful handling of sensitive equipment
• Good communication and follow-instruction abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Physical ability to lift equipment and work in raised floors
• Reliability and punctuality for shift work
• Security-conscious with integrity

• Basic IT certification (CompTIA A+ or equivalent)
• Data center technician training

• Fluent in Thai; working English for documentation
