    Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, providing regular updates, and resolving any issues or concerns.

    Collaborate with design and construction teams to ensure efficient and effective space utilization during office build-outs and renovations.

    Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in occupancy planning and workplace design.

    Manage and prioritize multiple occupancy planning projects and deadlines.

    Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with client and stakeholders.

    Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in relocation planning and project management, incorporating innovative ideas and approaches into our processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. 

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, with specific experience in relocation projects.

  • Strong project management skills, with demonstrated experience in leading successful projects from initiation to completion.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing project challenges.

  • Proficiency in project management software and tools for creating and managing project plans.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of construction, office interiors, and/or facility management principles is desirable.

  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and codes related to relocation projects.

This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.


What We Offer

95,600.00 – 125,770.00 USD per year

Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
