Senior Engineer

• Assist in overseeing the operation, maintenance, and performing optimization of HVAC and BMS across the client-site
• Support the Engineering Manager in managing a team of technicians and contractors to ensure compliance with safety, sustainability and operational standards
• Monitor and analyze BMS data to identify energy inefficiencies, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions
• Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules for HVAC equipment, chillers, AHU and associate systems
• Support incident response and emergency protocols for HVAC / BMS failures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless facility operations
• Prepare reports on system performance, energy consumption and maintenance activities

• Bachelor's Degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• Registered Electrical Worker Grade A / B is a strong plus
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in building services, and facilities management
• Experience in museums, art galleries, data centers or other critical environments with strict climate-control requirement is highly preferred
• Strong technical knowledge of large-scale of HVAC systems, BMS, and electrical distribution systems
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
