· Participate in governance audits and help identify gaps or risks in processes, automations, or tool usage and support remediation actions
· Monitor compliance with internal policies, security standards, and access controls across different platforms
· Help administer environments and governance features, including configuring user access and reviewing roles and permissions
· Help design and maintain a central repository for governance documentation, training materials, and process assets
· Support training sessions (documentation, coordination, and basic delivery) to help teams understand and follow governance procedures.
· Collaborate closely with IT, automation teams, citizen developers, and data teams to enforce governance requirements
· Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements related to data governance and incorporate them into the organizations standards
· Support the onboarding of upcoming tools and Generative AI use cases from governance perspective and contributing to the definition and enforcement of governance practices
· Support the development and reporting of governance metrics (e.g., audit findings, training uptake, access compliance), and present regular updates
The successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise and communication skills to ensure effective implementation and adherence to standards and policies
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in governance and 7-10 years of experience in automation, particularly working with tools like Automation Anywhere (including bot development, deployment, and use of advanced features)
- Practical knowledge and experience with Microsoft Power Platform (such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and ideally some exposure to Power BI administration)
- Demonstrated experience in supporting governance activities - conducting code reviews, managing compliance checks, maintaining documentation/templates, and administering environments with role-based access
- Exposure to data analytics or visualization platforms (Alteryx, Power BI), with experience in reviewing and optimizing workflows or dashboards
- Involvement in audits, compliance reviews, or training activities
- Experience working alongside IT, automation teams, and business users, with evidence of collaborative stakeholder communication
- Understanding of automation lifecycle management and organizational best practices for RPA or data tools
- Any exposure to governance or risk management of Generative AI solutions or emerging automation technologies would be beneficial but is not mandatory, willingness to learn in this area is important
- Basic experience using service/help desk tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, or similar platforms to track governance-
- Strong sense of ownership, proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
